Pre-Treatment Guidelines Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, exfoliating treatments, and active ingredients (retinoids, AHAs/BHAs) 48 hours before waxing or facials. Brow waxing/tinting clients: Please avoid tweezing or chemical peels on brow area before your appointment. Tint works best on clean, makeup-free brows. Lash clients: arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Waxing: hair must be at least 1/4 inch long. Health Considerations Inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or medications (Accutane, antibiotics, topical acne/anti-aging products). Waxing is not recommended on sunburned, irritated, or compromised skin. Lash and facial treatments may not be suitable for those with eye infections, open wounds, or highly reactive skin. Aftercare Avoid heat, sweating, sun exposure, and active skincare for 24–48 hours post-waxing or facial. Use gentle, fragrance-free products. Brow tint clients: avoid makeup and cleansers on brow area for 24 hours to maintain color. Lash clients: avoid water, steam, and eye makeup for 24 hours to maintain results. Policies At Embrace Beauty Lounge, client safety is our priority. All clients are advised to report any irritation or adverse reactions within 24 hours of their service this applies to Waxing lashes, facials, or any services that are performed at Embrace Beauty Lounge We are not liable for any reactions or damages reported after 24 hours, as proper evaluation cannot be guaranteed. By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept this policy. Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, services may be shortened or rescheduled. Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy

Spa Policies - At Embrace Beauty Lounge, We strive to provide each clients with a calm, respectful, and professional experience. These policies are in place to protect your time, our time and ensure consistent, high-quality service for every guest. Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments take time away from others waiting to be seen. 24-Hour Notice: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 35% service charge will apply. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients. Same Day Cancellation: A 50% service charge will apply if you cancel on the same day as your appointment. No Call, No Show: If you fail to show up without providing any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service amount. Repeated Cancellations: Frequent cancellations may require a deposit or prepayment to book future appointments. Late Policy Grace Period: We understand life happens! You have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 Minutes: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. We may also need to reschedule your appointment for another time. Preparation Time: Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can get started on time. If you're running late, please call or text to let us know. Lash Policy 2-Day Grace Period: If you experience any issues with your lashes within 2 days of your appointment (e.g. shedding, irritation), I will correct them free of charge. After 2 Days: If issues arise after the 2-day grace period, you will be charged half the price of a two-week fill. 2-3 Week Touch-Ups: You must schedule a touch-up within 2-3 weeks after your lash service to keep them looking fresh and full. After 3 Weeks: Any service requested after 3 weeks will be considered a NEW SET. No exceptions. Please book accordingly. After 4 Fills: If you’ve had 4 fills, you’ll need to book a new set and lash removal to ensure the health of your natural lashes. Important: To maintain the integrity of your lashes, I do not work over other lash technicians' work. I do not fill or correct work done by other lash technicians, Please arrive with clean, product-free lashes if you're booking a new set. If you’ve had your lashes done elsewhere, I will need to remove and start fresh. Lash Health: For the best results, please follow aftercare instructions carefully to avoid irritation, premature lash loss, or damage to your natural lashes. Refund Policy No Refunds: I do not offer refunds on any services. However, your satisfaction is my priority! If you're not completely happy with your service, please let me know within 48 hours, and I will do my best to make it right free of charge. I am committed to your satisfaction and will always strive to resolve any concerns within reason and within the designated grace periods. Product Returns: All products purchased are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Service Adjustments: If adjustments are needed after your appointment, they must be requested within 48 hours. After that, additional charges may apply. Guest Policy No Guests, Children, or pets are allowed in the treatment room for safety, sanitation and to ensure a relaxing and professional environment for everyone. Accompanying Clients: If you need assistance or someone to accompany you, please let us know in advance, and we will try our best to accommodate you. Health & Safety Feeling Sick?: If you’re feeling unwell or showing signs of illness, please reschedule your appointment as early as possible to avoid any risk to others. Certain medications or skin treatments may make you ineligible for services. Always disclose use of: Accutane, Retin-A/ Retinol of any kind, Antibiotics, Chemical peels, Recent cosmetic procedures ( Botox, Fillers, Laser, etc.) Health Precautions: For the safety of all clients, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol. If you have any concerns or allergies, please notify me before your appointment. Cancel if Sick: If you're sick or have been in contact with someone who is, please reschedule. Your health, and the health of our other clients, is very important. Booking & Payment A card is required to reserve all appointments charges will only apply if policies are violated. Payments accepted: Cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payment. Tips are appreciated, but never required. Digital and cash tipping options are available. Client Responsibility Timely Arrival: Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, or the need to reschedule. Mobile Devices: To maintain a relaxing environment, please silence your phone or avoid unnecessary distractions during your appointment. Respectful Behavior: We maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere, and we ask all clients to do the same. Any disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the service. and permanent banning from future bookings. Appointment Reminders Confirming Appointments: You will receive an appointment reminder via text or email. Please confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance.
